Molly brings over 25 years of experience as a school counselor—spanning both elementary and
high school settings—to her private practice. Her true passion is guiding children, adolescents,
and their families through life’s transitions, helping each client uncover their strengths, build
resilience, and develop practical strategies for today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities.
Grounded in respect and collaboration, Molly creates a warm, supportive environment where
young people can explore their thoughts and emotions safely. She draws on a range of
evidence-based approaches — from solution-focused and emotion-focused techniques to play
therapy and family systems work — to tailor each session to her clients’ unique needs. Whether
addressing anxiety, grief, behavioral concerns, or family communication, Molly partners with her
clients to foster self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and inspire lasting, positive change.
Molly is committed to empowering young clients and their loved ones with the insight and tools
they need to thrive—today and beyond.
